Special-Rate Accommodation
Three centrally located hotels have set apart rooms at discounted rates for GaC participants for a maximum of three nights, starting Wednesday, June 29th. Please make your own reservations through the respective e-mail address by June 6th, 2022, citing “GaC2022_UGDUI” to receive your discount. After June 6th, any remaining rooms will be given over to the market and normal rates will apply.

- Erasmus Hotel: € 75/85/99 single, € 110/124 double, depending on standard; rates include breakfast, but not city tax (€ 3 per person per night); book through info@erasmushotel.be, citing “GaC2022_UGDUI” by June 6th, 2022
Also, B&B Hotel Gent Centrum and Monasterium PoortAckere offer conference participants a 10% discount on any booking made through their respective websites for stays between 29/06 and 03/07. This offer remains valid until the conference. Choose your preferred room and travel dates, then enter “UGENT3006” in either hotel’s booking form. The discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
